- Coming from the highway E40 (Gent-Brugge-Oostende) you take the exit 8 Brugge.
- You follow the N31 (expressway) in the direction of Zeebrugge.
- You take the exit Bevrijdingslaan N351 in the direction of Brugge
- After the 2nd traffic lights (Bloedput): you take the first small street on your right: the Schouwvegersstraat.

| Parking |
In order to guarantee you the quality of life in our city centre, you have to take into account the following parking regulations:
- The entire city centre has become a blue zone; the use of a parking disc is compulsory in the following circumstances:
- from Monday to Saturday (not on Sundays or Belgian official holidays)
- from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m.
- maximum parking duration is 4 hours
- In case of non-compliance: €30,00/day, also for foreigners.
- In zone 2 (West-Brugge), areas in several streets have been reserved for residents.
- in case of non-compliance: € 50,00/day and your vehicle will be towed away.
- Meter zone in the main streets: the use of a parking ticket is compulsory in the following circumstances:
- maximum 2 hours (1 hour in the Brug square)
- every day of the week, including Sundays
- from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m.
- € 1,40 per hour
- if the ticket machine is out of order, the use of the parking disc is compulsory (maximum parking duration: 2 hours)
- in case of non-compliance: € 30,00 per half a day, also for foreigners.
- 5 underground car parks in the city centre (p 400)
- 2.500 places
- at the most € 8,70/24 hours
- P Centrum-Station (P 1500)
- 1.500 places open 24 hours a day
- at the most € 2,50 /24 hours
- free bus service to and from the city centre (on the same day)
- 3 car parks on the ringway within easy walking distance of the city centre.
